Slide Generator From Speech: AI That Listens and Builds
Talkpitch is a slide generator that works from live speech. Talk through your presentation and slides appear in real-time -- no typing, no prompts.
Why Speech Input Works Better Than Text
No text required at any step
You talk, it listens, slides appear. No prompts, no templates, no writing anything down before slides can generate.
Faster than any text-based approach
Speaking is faster than writing. Most people can talk through a 10-slide deck in under 10 minutes. Writing the same content takes 3x longer.
Captures the story as you naturally tell it
The deck reflects how you actually talk about your company -- not a cleaned-up written version of it.
Practice and build in the same session
Slides that build while you practice already match your delivery. You're not adapting your speech to fit slides you wrote.
Numbers and structure captured automatically
Say a metric and it appears on a metrics card. Walk through three steps and a steps slide generates. No manual formatting.
Free to start
50 AI credits per month on the free plan. Enough to run several full sessions with no card required.
The Speech-to-Slide Pipeline
Step 01
Recording and transcription
Talkpitch streams your audio to Deepgram for real-time transcription. Deepgram processes speech continuously and returns accurate transcripts with low latency.
Step 02
Pause detection and segmentation
The system monitors for natural speech pauses -- half a second or more. Each pause signals the end of one segment. That transcript segment is captured and sent forward.
Step 03
Content classification
The LLM extraction layer analyzes the segment: Is this a list? A metric? A process step? A comparison? The AI classifies the content and selects the layout from 9 types.
Step 04
Slide rendering
A slide generates with the selected layout, populated with content extracted from your speech. Appears on screen within 1,500ms of your pause.
What the AI Generates From Your Speech
Bullet slides from lists
"We have three core features: X, Y, and Z" generates a clean bullet slide with all three features listed.
Metrics cards from numbers
"We went from zero to $240k ARR in eight months" generates a metrics slide with $240k ARR prominently displayed.
Steps slides from processes
"Step one... step two... step three" generates a numbered steps flow automatically.
Comparison slides from differentiators
"Unlike X, we don't charge per seat" generates a competitors or contrast slide that isolates your key differentiation.
Team slides from introductions
Introduce co-founders by name and title and the AI generates a clean team slide with names and credentials.
Timeline slides from milestones
Chronological milestones you mention generate a timeline slide that shows the sequence visually.
Your voice is the prompt. Your slides are the output.

Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We have answers.
Yes. The AI handles natural conversational speech, formal presentation delivery, and everything in between. Speakers who use clear structure and specific numbers tend to get the cleanest output.
Deepgram handles fast speech well. The more common issue is insufficient pauses between points. If you speak continuously without pausing, multiple points may collapse into a single dense slide.
Not currently. Talkpitch requires live speech. Pre-recorded audio upload is on the roadmap.
Dictating to a text-prompt tool is still two steps: dictate, then submit. Talkpitch generates slides directly from speech -- transcription and slide generation happen in the same pipeline, in real-time, without a separate submission step.
Yes. Sales demos, internal updates, conference talks, educational content -- any presentation you'd deliver out loud works in Talkpitch. The AI responds to the content structure of what you say regardless of topic.
